On March 25, 2011, the UFC will travel to Washington for the first time to host UFC Fight Night 24 from the Key Arena in Seattle. The main card fights will be broadcast free on Spike TV while several preliminary bouts will be shown on Facebook. Overall, the card looks to be good from top to bottom. Even with no championship bouts, there is sure to be action throughout the entire night. In the main event, Antonio Rogerio Nogueira will take on undefeated Phil Davis. “Little Nog” is 2-1 since joining the UFC, losing his previous bout to Ryan Bader. Davis, a former collegiate wrestler, has been running through opponents to put him near the top of the 205 pound division. Davis will more than likely want to take the fight to the ground, while Nogueira is a threat both on the feet and on the mat. Whoever takes control of the fight early will be the winner.

The co-main event features two young, exciting welterweights as Dan “The Outlaw” Hardy goes up against Anthony “Rumble” Johnson. Hardy is coming off losses to the champ Georges St. Pierre and contender Carlos Condit, and is in need of a win. Johnson hasn’t fought since November 2009 and recently had knee surgery. The key to the fight will be which Dan Hardy shows up. After getting embarrassed by Condit, “The Outlaw” needs to be focused to get back in title contention. Also on the main card are Amir Sadollah vs. DeMarques Johnson and a rematch between Leonard Garcia and Chan Sung Jung.

Antonio Rogerio Nogueira vs. Phil Davis- Davis will face the toughest task of his career against Lil’ Nog, but will prove he is for real on Saturday.
Prediction: Phil Davis, unanimous decision

Dan Hardy vs. Anthony Johnson- Whoever dominates the striking game will win this entertaining match-up. Hardy’s hands are very powerful, so look for him to open up early.
Prediction: Dan Hardy, unanimous decision

Amir Sadollah vs. DeMarques Johnson- Johnson becomes a late replacement, but is very capable of beating Sadollah. He finishes more opponents than Sadollah, which is something to point out.
Prediction: DeMarques Johnson, 3rd round submission

Leonard Garcia vs. Chan Sung Jung- These two were awarded Fight of the Year in 2010 at WEC 48, and will look to put on another show. Let’s hope for another slugfest!
Prediction: Leonard Garcia, unanimous decision
