Legendary Muay Thai champion Sakmongkol is returning to action.
After a decade’s break from active competition, Sakmongkol will return in the headlining bout of Ring of Fire’s June 25 all-Muay Thai event. The Muay Thai legend will meet K-1 veteran James Martinez in the main event of “Muay Thai Mayhem: Stand Up & Fight!”
A veteran of more than 250 fights, Sakmongkol recently relocated to Colorado to train under Mauricio Zingano. His bout at the Ring of Fire show will mark his U.S. debut.
