Carina Damm to fight Muay Thai champ Valentina Shevchenko at Iron Man Championship 10

The criticism of Damm’s choice of opponents for fights in Brazil can continue, as her latest foe is a Muay Thai champion who has only competed in professional MMA on two prior occasions.  Shevchenko is just 1-1, losing to Strikeforce contender Liz Carmouche in September and picking up her only career win way back in 2005.  Iron Man Championship 10 takes place July 21 in Salinópolis, Pará, Brazil.
