BlackEye Promotions 5: Breast Cancer Beatdown (Fletcher, N.C.)

No. 9-ranked 125-pound female fighter Barb Honchak (5-1) secured a rear-naked choke in the third round to submit Strikeforce veteran and No. 7-ranked 135-pounder Roxanne Modafferi (15-9)…No. 7-ranked 106-pound female fighter Amy Davis (2-2) needed just 63 seconds to score a TKO of Meghan Wright (1-3).

Bring the Thunder MMA 2: Genesis (Pueblo, Colo.)

Bellator veteran Nick Mamalis (23-7) secured a rear-naked choke in the first round to submit Randy Villarreal (6-6)…Strikeforce and IFL veteran Donnie Liles (13-5) locked in an inverted armbar in the second stanza to submit Jeremy Kimball (3-3).

Evolution Fighting Championships 10 (Lloydminster, Alberta, Canada)

Tyson Steele (8-1) needed just 54 seconds to secure a rear-naked choke on Ben Stewart (4-1) for the submission victory.

Fight Festival 31 (Helsinki, Finland)

UFC and Bellator veteran Kenny Robertson (11-1) landed a spinning back fist in the first round to knock out UFC vet Lucio Linhares (16-7)…Niko Puhakka (24-11) earned a unanimous verdict over UFC and IFL veteran John Gunderson (32-12-2)…Marcus Vanttinen (21-3) earned a spot in the Bellator season six light heavyweight tournament with his second-round stoppage of Malik Merad (11-8)…Juha-Pekka Vainikainen (18-5-1) took the unanimous nod over UFC veteran Steve Lopez (12-6).

Freestyle Cage Fighting 49: Fight Strong for the Cure (Shawnee, Okla.)

EliteXC veteran Kaitlin Young (5-5) scored a first-round TKO of Liz Carreiro (5-8).

Real Fighting Championships 25: Blowout (Tampa, Fla.)

Bellator and EliteXC veteran Yosmany Cabezas (11-2) needed just 39 seconds to submit Gerardo Gallegos (4-2) via guillotine choke.

Shooto: Shooting Disco 16: Regeneration (Tokyo)

Yusaku Inoue (8-0) kept his unblemished record intact with a nine-second knockout of Takahiro Suzuki (2-2-1).

Oct. 2
Pancrase: Impressive Tour 10 (Tokyo)

Takenori Sato (13-8-6) retained his welterweight King of Pancrase crown, fighting to a split draw against Dream veteran Eiji Ishikawa (22-17-3)…UFC and Pride veteran Yuki Kondo (53-26-8) earned a unanimous decision over Yuta Nakamura (10-12-3)…UFC veteran and lightweight King of Pancrase Koji Oishi (21-8-8) fought to a draw with Yoshiaki Takahashi (6-1-2) in a non-title affair…Jon Shores (8-0) remained undefeated with a first-round knockout of Masayoshi Ichikawa (6-8-1).
