Jones vs. Evans targeted for UFC 140, UFC boss says fight not happening UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones (14-1 MMA, 8-1 UFC) and No. 1 contender Rashad Evans (16-1-1 MMA, 11-1-1 UFC) were expected to headline UFC 140 in Toronto, but UFC president Dana White later shot down those rumors. MMAFighting first reported the bout, but White later stated on Twitter that the fight is not expected to take place in December. Strikeforce Challengers 20 will take place at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas and is headlined by Antwain Britt vs. Lumumba Sayers in a middleweight bout. Source: Sherdog Sandro to Meet Dias at Bellator 58, Wants Curran Revenge Marlon Sandro, the Bellator Summer Series featherweight runner-up, is scheduled to get back in the cage soon. Sandro confirmed that he will fight jiu-jitsu practioner Rafael Dias at Bellator 58, which takes place on Nov. 19 from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Fla.
