UFC 141 gets Cerrone-Diaz, Nunes-Gamburyan, and Assuncao-Pearson

The UFC’s Dec. 30 card slated for the MGM Grand in Las Vegas is beginning to fill up with fights.

The night’s co-main event will feature a lightweight battle between Donald Cerrone and Nate Diaz.  Cerrone is coming off a dominating performance over Dennis Siver at UFC 137, while Diaz triumphed over Takanori Gomi at UFC 135.

Also added to the card are two featherweight bouts.  A matchup that was originally planned for UFC 135 has been rescheduled as Brazilian Diego Nunes will take on former WEC title challenger Manny Gamburyan.  Also on tap will be recent UFC returnee Junior Assuncao meeting TUF Season 9 alum Ross Pearson.
