Arianny Celeste Arrested for Domestic Violence

UFC ring girl Arianny Celeste was arrested early this morning for allegations for domestic violence.

According to the Clark County Detention Center, Celeste was taken into custody, and tagged with a $3,000 bond at 7:30 Friday morning.

Anthony Johnson tops David Branch in Titan Fighting 22 headliner

It wasn’t flashy, but former UFC contender Anthony Johnson earned his first win outside of the promotion on Friday at Titan Fighting Championship 22.

Johnson defeated David Branch by unanimous decision in the main event from the Memorial Hall in Kansas City, Kan., which aired on HDNet.

After the win, Johnson mentioned a possible move to light heavyweight after past issues of making 185 pounds.

Semifinalists Vick, Pichel unavailable for TUF Live Finale, targeted for future UFC cards

Semifinalists James Vick and Vinc Pichel won’t be ready to fight next week at the Ultimate Fighter Live Finale on June 1.

It was apparent that the two would meet at the Palms Casino and Resort in the main card along with Mike Chiesa and Al Iaquinta, but Vick isn’t medically cleared to compete. Pichel will not compete at the event also.

However, both Vick and Pichel will get their shot in the UFC at a later date.

Patricio ‘Pitbull’ Challenges Pat Curran for Featherweight Title at Bellator 73

Bellator featherweight champion Pat Curran has his first title defense set-up against an opponent he is very familiar with, Patricio “Pitbull” Freire.

President of Bellator Bjorn Rebney announced the match-up on Friday, stating that the two will meet on Aug. 24 at Bellator 73.

No venue or location has been made at this time, but the event will air on its usual home on MTV2.
