On Tuesday, July 3, the UFC will hold a pre-fight press conference for its upcoming UFC 148 event which takes place from the MGM Grand Garden Arena on July 7  in Las Vegas.

The press conference will feature UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva, who will put his belt on the line a second time against current No. 1 contender Chael Sonnen. Silva famously submitted Sonnen in final minutes of their UFC 117 bout, in which Sonnen dominated the first four rounds.

In addition to the main event, the card will also feature a rubber match between former light heavyweight champions Forrest Griffin and Tito Ortiz. Ortiz is expected to retire following the bout. He will be inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame as part of the week’s activities.

Saturday’s main card will air live on pay-per-view starting at 10 p.m. ET. The preliminary card will be split between an 8 p.m. ET broadcast on FX and a Facebook stream that begins at 7:30 p.m. ET.

The press conference will begin at 2 p.m. ET. A full stream of the action will appear below.
