Matt Hamill has not been seen inside the Octagon since his UFC 133 loss to Alexander Gustafsson, but “The Hammer” will indeed return at UFC 152 in Toronto this September. His opponent is the debuting Roger Hollet, a 13-3 prospect and Halifax, Nova Scotia native who rides on the strength of a five-fight winning streak, including a split-decision win over John Hawk back in November. It is unknown what inspired Hamill’s return to the Octagon or how much longer he aims to compete.
Legacy FC 14 takes place Sept. 14 from Houston’s Arena Theater, and slated for the card are three especially exciting attractions. First, MTV “Caged” star Matt “Danger” Schnell makes his pro debut against fellow flyweight Ryan Hollis, who went 4-1 as an amateur and also makes his pro debut. Then, NCAA Division-I national champion Darion Caldwell looks to make the most of his pro debut, while also adding to the current three-fight skid of 3-5 prospect Nate Garza. Finally, Legacy welterweight champion Jorge Patino puts his title on the line against Jeff Rexroad.
The current fight card is as follows:

UFC 154 emanates from Montreal, Quebec, Canada live on Nov. 17 with a headliner of UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre vs. UFC interim welterweight champion Carlos Condit, but the card now officially sees two electrifying additions to the card. First, Mitch Gagnon looks to erase the sting of his UFC 149 loss to Bryan Carway as he squares off against Walel Watson, who has not been seen since a recent loss to TJ Dillashaw. Also, TUF Brazil and Strikeforce veteran Rodrigo Damm return to the Octagon to face Antonio Carvalho, who also fought on Canadian soil at UFC 149 and scored a big knockout win over Daniel Pineda.
ONE FC’s fifth outing, live from Quezon City, Philippines on Aug. 31, just got a whole lot bigger. Signed on for the stacked card is the fourth chapter in the rivalry between former UFC heavyweight champions Andrei Arlovski and Tim Sylvia. Arlovski has erased the sting of a four-fight skid and cries for retirement by putting together a two fight win streak before signing with ONE FC. Arlovski defeated Sylvia at UFC 51, only to drop bouts to Sylvia at UFC 59 and 61, respectively. Despite an unsuccessful campaign to return to the UFC, Sylvia is 7-1 in his last eight, including a current 3-0 win streak.
