Welterweight Jay Hieron will makes his third trip into the UFC Octagon against Jake Ellenberger on Sept. 1. He is replacing an injured Josh Koscheck at UFC 151.
Hieron’s last loss in 12 fights was against reigning Bellator welterweight champion Ben Askren.
Welterweights Piotr Ptasinski and Mohsen Bahari will face each other at the Sept. 1 Cage Warriors’ event.
CWFC Fight Night 7 is headlined by two title fights. Conor McGregor defending his featherweight title against Jim Alers and Chris Fields takes on Pavel Kusch for the vacant middleweight title belt.
Former Olympic judo bronze medalist and current Strikeforce bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey is slated to appear as a guest on the show along with actor Steven Carell and musician Ziggy Marley.
‘Conan’ airs at 11 p.m. ET on TBS.
Featherweights Alexandre Bezerra and Jeff Smith, as well as Brylan Van Artsdalen and Jay Haas have been added to the upcoming Bellator 74 card.
The event takes place on Friday Sept. 28. The broadcast begins 8 p.m. ET on MTV2 and in HD on EPIX. The preliminary card streams live and for free on Spike.com at 7 p.m.
