New Mexico’s Carlos Condit may not return to the Octagon until Nov. 17 to unify his interim welterweight championship with divisional kingpin Georges St-Pierre at UFC 154, but Condit has already begun his 12-week training camp for the bout.

In preparation for the upcoming title tilt in St-Pierre’s native Montreal, Canada, Condit is already mixing in a variety of training techniques to ensure he’s ready for the highly-anticipated fight.

Below you’ll find a 28-minute video of Condit’s work his strength and conditioning coach Adrian Gonzales. Condit explains each exercise of the outdoor session, which includes pool work.
