On Friday, Sept. 28, the UFC held the weigh-ins for UFC on Fuel TV 5 from the Capital FM Arena in Nottingham, England. The Sept. 29 event takes place from the same venue. Twenty-one of the 22 fighters made weight as DaMarques Johnson came in at 183 pounds for his 175-pound catchweight with Gunnar Nelson.
The night’s main event features a battle of rising heavyweight contenders as towering, 6-foot-11 Dutchman Stefan Struve takes on the undefeated Stipe Miocic. The winner will have quite the case for a title shot sometime in the coming year.
