Invicta FC 4 Weigh-ins to Stream Live and Free; Open to Public The MMA Corner Staff January 2, 2013 News On Friday, Jan. 4, Invicta Fighting Championships will host the weigh-ins for its fourth event from the Aladdin Holiday Inn in downtown Kansas City. The 13-fight card will take place the following night from the historic Memorial Hall in Kansas City, Kan. The weigh-ins will stream live, free of charge on InvictaFC.com beginning at 6 p.m. ET. Additionally, the weigh-ins are open to the public. Invicta FC 4 is headlined by the promotion’s inaugural strawweight, 115-pound title fight between Carla Esparza and Australia’s Bec Hyatt. In the night’s co-main event, bantamweight veterans Shayna Baszler and Alexis Davis will rematch their 2010 bout in which Baszler won by unanimous decision. Also featured on the main card will be Strikeforce veterans Sarah D’Alelio and Amanda Nunes. Saturday’s event will also stream live on the promotion’s website for a price of $7.95. The seven-fight preliminary card will start at 7 p.m. ET.
