Akira Corassani vs. Robbie Peralta Official

Akira Corassani and Robbie Peralta will face one another at the UFC on Fuel TV 9 event. The two were originally paired up for the UFC 156 card but an illness forced Corassani off the card.

Corassani made his long awaited UFC debut back in September of 2012, picking up a victory over former TUF competitor Andy Ogle. Peralta defeated Mike Lullo in his UFC debut and originally scored a victory over Mackens Semerzier but replay showed a headbutt occurred and the win was overturned to a no contest. Peralta hasn’t lost in his last 10 bouts.

The UFC on Fuel TV  9 event takes place on April 6 from the Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm. The main event is scheduled to be a light heavyweight meeting between Sweeden’s own Alexander Gustafsson and Gegard Mousasi.
