On Thursday, March 7, Bellator hosted its 92nd event from the Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, Calif.

The main event featured a Season 8 featherweight tournament semifinal bout between two-time tournament finalist Marlon Sandro and dangerous Russian Magomedrasul “Frodo” Khasbulaev. Each looked to take the next step toward the belt currently held by Pat Curran.

Also on the Spike TV main card was the second 145-pound semifinal clash between American Mike Richman and Brazilian Alexandre “Popo” Bezerra.

Joining that fight were the two middleweight semifinals as UFC veteran Doug Marshall locked horns with undefeated Russian Sultan Aliev and UFC veteran Dan Cramer met veteran Brett Cooper. The four combatants hoped to move one step closer to the $100,000 tournament prize, as well as a title shot against Alexander Shlemenko.

Main card action was shown on Spike beginning at 10 p.m. ET, with the night’s undercard streaming live on Spike.com starting at 8 p.m. ET.
