UFC 158: Georges St-Pierre Pre-Fight Video Interview The MMA Corner Staff March 12, 2013 UFC, Video On Saturday, March 16, the UFC will hold UFC 158 from the Bell Center in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Saturday’s main card will air live on pay-per-view starting at 10 p.m. ET. The preliminary card will be split between an 8 p.m. ET FX broadcast and a YouTube stream beginning at 6:35 p.m. ET. The event will feature UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre defending his title against former Strikeforce champion Nick Diaz. St-Pierre and Diaz were originally expected to meet at UFC 137 in late 2011, but the champion suffered a torn ACL and was forced from action for 18 months. Diaz would go on to defeat former champion B.J. Penn at the event. Diaz then fell short in a UFC 143 interim title clash against Carlos Condit in February of last year, and was suspended 12 months by the Nevada State Athletic Commission for a failed post-fight drug test for marijuana use. St-Pierre would return from injury at UFC 154 in November and defeat Condit by unanimous decision in the title unification bout. With Diaz back from suspension, the champion is anxious to put Diaz’s trash-talking to rest. A pre-fight video interview with the Canadian appears below.
