On Friday, April 5—for those in North America—Asia’s ONE FC promotion hosted its eighth event from the Singapore Indoor Stadium in Kallang, Singapore.

The main event featured a lightweight title clash between current champion Kotetsu Boku and DREAM champion Shinya Aoki. Boku claimed the belt with a third-round TKO win over Zorobabel Moreira at ONE FC 6. Aoki rebounded from a loss to Eddie Alvarez under the Bellator banner with back-to-back wins over Antonio McKee and Arnaud Lepont.

Also on the main card, UFC and WEC veteran Brock Larson faced off with hard-hitting kickboxing stylist Melvin Manhoef.

The promotion also moved closer to completing its bantamweight tournament as veteran Masakatsu Ueda battled former UFC champion Jens Pulver and rising Filipino prospect Kevin Belingon faced Australia’s Thanh Vu in the semifinal pairings.

Eight fights streamed via online pay-per-view starting at 8 a.m. ET. Two additional bouts streamed free at 7 a.m. ET.
