Cyborg-Coenen II headlines Inivcta FC 6

Cristiane Justino rebounded from a year away from the cage, but after beating Fiona Muxlow at Inicta FC 5, she increased her streak to 11-0 with one no-contest. Her latest win sets up a rematch with Marloes Coenen at Invicta FC 6 for Invicta’s featherweight world title. Justino claimed victory in their first bout, which saw Justino (then-Santos) take a third-round TKO win. Since then, Coenen has won and lost the Strikeforce women’s bantamweight title. Additionally, she rides a two-fight win streak.

Now, Duke and her team have filed a complaint to the Missouri State Athletic Commission. If successful, the ruling will change to a no-contest, though no word exists on whether Invicta FC matchmaker Janet Martin would book a rematch in that event.
