On Saturday, April 20, GLORY held its seventh event from Milan,Italy.

The main event featured the No. 1-ranked 70kg kickboxer in the world, Giorgio Petrosyan, facing off with Hafid El Boustati. Petrosyan has tasted defeat just once in his illustrious career, back in 2007. Since then, the Italian-Armenian has become the measuring stick for all combatants. He captured the GLORY Lightweight Slam and $300,000  in November of last year by besting Robin Van Roosmalen, Davit Kiria, and American Ky Hollenbeck all in one night.

Also on the main card were three additional 70kg contests as the aforementioned hard-hitting Dutchman Robin Van Roosmalen battled countryman Murthel Groenhart, Yuri Bessmertney took on Davit Kiria, and Chingiz Alazov was matched against Marat Gregorian. In the heavyweight division, Rico Verhoeven clashed with Jhonata Diniz, at 187 pounds Artem Levin and Sahak Parparyan locked horns, in a 207-pound affair Michael Duut met Steve McKinnon, at 143 pounds Sergio Wielzen and Kaopon Lek squared off and at 170 pounds, Karapet Karapetyan and Roberto Cocco kicked off the event.

The event streamed live on the promotion’s website beginning at 3:30 p.m. ET for the cost of $20.
