CSAC Executive Director Andy Foster stated that fighters whom previously received exemption have the possibility still receive one in the state, but no new exemptions will be handed out for the time being. The commission’s goal is to create new bylaws that create a more strict and clear approach to fighters hoping to receive exemption for TRT in the state of California moving forward.
