Bellator Adds Title Fight to First Pay-Per-View Event

Another title match has been added to Bellator’s first pay-per-view event as Pat Curran will defend his featherweight title against Daniel Straus. Curran won the title in vicious fashion by defeating Joe Warren and has defended his title twice since that victory. Straus  initially earned a title shot by winning the season six featherweight tournament but suffered a broken hand. The two men have fought once before with Curran picking up the victory.

Bellator’s first pay-per-view is slated for Nov. 2 and will be headlined by a fight between Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and Tito Ortiz. It will also feature Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal facing Emmanuel Newton and a lightweight title scrap between Michael Chandler and Eddie Alvarez.
