Joe Riggs vs. Mike Bronzoulis Off Bellator 98 The Fight Master welterweight finale between Joe Riggs and Mike Bronzoulis has been scrapped from Bellator 98. The reason being that Riggs suffered a partial orbital bone fracture and retina detachment approximately three weeks ago. He has been cleared to resume training but the fight with Bronzoulis will be rescheduled at a later date. GLORY 10, 11, and 12 are scheduled in the coming months, and will feature a number of notable fighters. Scheduled to appear on the cards of the upcoming events are K-1 legend Jerome Le Banner, Sergei Kharitonov, Tyrone Sponge, Gokhan Saki, Daniel Ghita, and the top pound-for-pound kickboxer in the world, Giorgio Petrosyan, will be competing in a lightweight title tournament. GLORY 10 is scheduled for Sept. 28, GLORY 11 is scheduled for Oct. 12, and GLORY 12 will take place on Nov. 9. Source: Bloody Elbow Cage Warriors Announces Lightweight Tournament to Determine New Champion Cage Warriors has announced it will have a four-man tournament to determine a new lightweight champion. The previous champion, Conor McGregor, vacated the title after joining the UFC’s ranks. Scotland’s Stevie Ray, Slovakian Ivan Buchinger and Englishmen Mick Sinclair and Jason Ball will compete for the title.
