Mark Hunt vs. Antonio Silva targeted for UFC’s December return to Australia

A heavyweight clash between two heavy hitters is being targeted for December in Australia.

Mark “The Super Samoan” Hunt and Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva has verbal agreements in place, with contracts expected to be finalized soon.

According to reports, the event will take place on Dec. 7 from the Brisbane Entertainment Centre in Queensland, Australia.

Cezar Ferriera vs. Daniel Sarafian set for November’s UFC Fight Night 32 co-main

Cezar Ferriera was expected to face Daniel Sarafian at The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil Finale, but due to an injury to Sarafian, the fight never happened. But in November, the Brazilians will face off.

The middleweights will meet in the co-main event of UFC Fight Night 32, which takes place from the Goiania Arena in Goiania, Goias, Brazil.

The event will air on Fox Sports 1, with Vitor Belfort vs. Dan Henderson as the main event.

UFC Fight Night 27 drugs test come back clean

Following last Wednesday’s UFC Fight Night 27 events, all fighters conducted drug tests.

All fighters successfully passed the test according to the Indiana Gaming Commission Athletic Division.

World Series of Fighting 6 set for October 26 at Florida’s BankUnited Center

World Series of Fighting to travel to Florida for the first time on Oct. 26 to host WSOF 6: Burkman vs. Carl.

In the main event, Josh Burkman and Steve Carl will go toe-to-toe with the welterweight title on the line. Also confirmed for the card is a bantamweight match-up between Carson Beebe and Marlon Moraes, as well as, lightweights Justin Gaethje vs. Dan Lauzon.

The main card will air live and free on NBC Sports Network beginning at 9 p.m. ET.

Three bouts added to MFC 38: Behind Enemy Lines

Maximum Fighting Championship has completed its six-fight main card for MFC 38.

Alejandro “Alex” Garcia vs. Curtis Demarce has been added to the card, along with another lightweight fight between Jonatas Novaes and Kurt Southern.

At 185 pounds, undefeated Teddy Ash will take on Jared McComb.

The event will take place on Oct. 4 from the Shaw Conference Centre in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The main card will air on AXS TV beginning at 10 p.m. ET.

The main card is now listed as followed:

Anthony Hamilton vs. Smealinho Rama – for MFC heavyweight title
Jason South vs. Sam Alvey – for MFC middleweight title
Tito Jones vs. Anthony Birchak – for MFC bantamweight title

Trio of Singapore vs. Malaysia fights added to October’s One FC 11

Three fights have been added to One FC 11, featuring Singapore vs. Malaysia fighters.

Sherilyn Lim takes on Ann Osman in the professional debut for both women, Juan Wen Jie battles Alex Lim, and welterweight debut as Stephen Langdown locks horns with Mark Marcellinus.

One FC 11 takes place on Oct. 18 from the Singapore Indoor Stadium in Kallang, Singapore. The event will stream in North America online via pay-per-view.

Headlining the event is bantamweight champion Soo Chul Kim taking on interim champ Bibiano Fernandes in a unification title bout.
