UFC Fight Night 33: Hunt vs. Bigfoot to Air on Fox Sports 1

The main card of “Hunt vs. Bigfoot” will not be another card to air on Fox Sports 2. Instead, the main card will air on Fox Sports 1.

The card that is slated to go down at Brisbane Entertainment Centre in Queensland, Australia in December will get the high treatment from the Fox Sports network. In conjunction with the heavyweight main event tilt between Mark Hunt and Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva, the card will also house a light heavyweight battle between Mauricio “Shogun” Rua and James Te-Huna.

Koji Oishi vs. Honorio Banario Now ONE FC 13 Main Event

“ONE FC 13: Moment of Truth” will now have it’s main event come in the form of a featherweight title fight between Koji Oishi and Honorio Banario.

The main event will be a rematch as the two first fought at ONE FC 9 where Oishi won by TKO in the second round to take the belt.

Interestingly enough, the rematch will take place in the same exact location as the first bout. ONE FC 13 takes place in December at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Phillippines. In North America, ONE FC 13 is only accessible through online pay-per-view.

Legacy inks Ben Wall

Former TUF: Smashes contestant, Ben Wall has signed for Legacy Fighting Championship. Wall is expected to debut in January at Legacy Fighting Championship 27 in Houston.

The undefeated Australian was knocked out of the tournament in the first round on the reality show in the very first episode with a unanimous decision loss to future show winner, Colin Fletcher. Wall was not one of the contestants to compete on the finale card.

Wall returned to action this past March with a unanimous decision win over Jai Bradney at Nitro MMA’s Nitro 8 event.
