Bellator earns highest-ever ratings

Last Saturday saw Bellator’s pay-per-view turned free-for-TV card, Bellator 106, headlined by a rematch of Michael Chandler vs. Eddie Alvarez, earn the best television ratings of the promotion’s history.

A reported average of 1.1 million viewers watched the live event, peaking at a high of 1.4.

December ONE FC event gains four bouts

ONE Fighting Championships’ Dec. 6 event, One FC: Moment of Truth, has added four new bouts to the card.

The fights include bantamweights Kevin Belingon and David Aranda, lightweights Caros Fodor and Vuyisile Colossa, flyweights Geje Eustaquio and Eugene Toquero, and a heavyweight fight between Alain Ngalani and Paul Chenge

WSOF signs TUF 18’s Bollinger

World Series of Fighting has added a new bantamweight to its roster.

Cody Bollinger, a competitor of The Ultimate Fighter 18, has signed a multi-fight deal with the promotion and will make his debut some time in 2014.

CWFC 63’s Maguire gets opponent

Ranked U.K. lightweight John Maguire now has an opponent for his Cage Warriors debut on Dec. 31 at Cage Warriors 63. He will be welcomed by Philip Mulpeter at a catchweight of 161 pounds.

Also announced is a prelim bout between Irish welterweights John Redmond and Kieran Davern.
