‘Stungun’ vs. ‘The Hitman’ Set for March

The main event for ‘TUF: China’ has been announced by the UFC.

Dong Hyun Kim will square off with John Hathway in a five-round battle on March 1 in Macau. The two welterweights were expected to meet in 2010, but Kim was forced off the card due to injury.

Kelvin Gastelum gets wish, meets Rick Story at UFC 171 in Dallas

After campaigning for a fight against Rick Story, Ultimate Fighter 17 winner Kelvin Gastelum will in fact receive it.

Gastelum and Story are scheduled to meet at UFC 171, which takes place on March 15 from the American Airlines Arena. Headlining the event is another welterweight bout as Johny Hendricks and Robbie Lawler battle for the vacant 170-pound title.

Gaethje-Patishnock Named New WSOF 8 Headliner, Palomino-‘Macaco’ Added

World Series of Fighting 8, which takes place on Jan. 18 from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, is set with a headline bout while also adding a fight to the lineup.

Richard Patishnock replaces an injured Lewis Gonzalez to face Justin Gaethje in the main event with the lightweight strap on the line.

Also, Luis Palomino will go toe-to-toe with Jorge Patino.

Two bouts added to MFC 39 on Jan. 19

Two changes have been made to MFC 39: No Remorse, which takes place on Jan. 19 from the Northlands Expo Centre in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Chase Degenhardt has been pulled from the card due to injury, which has allowed Mehdi Baghdad to step in and face Ryan Chiappe on short notice.

Also, a match-up between Derek Boyle and Aaron Gallant has been scratched due to an injury by Gallant. Filling in this empty slot will be a lightweight contest featuring Andrew McInnes and Dan Ring.
