World Series of Fighting 8 Weigh-in Results

On Saturday, Jan. 18, World Series of Fighting will host its eighth event from Hollywood, Fla. On Friday, the promotion held weigh-ins for the event which features title bouts in the lightweight and women’s strawweight divisions. All fighters made weight, but lightweight title challenger Rich Patishnock, bantamweight Tyson Nam and flyweight Alexis Vila each needed two attempts.

ONE FC 14 Adds Three Fights

The March 14 ONE FC 14: “War of Nations” card has added three bouts.

Flyweights Andrew Leone and Shinichi “B.J.” Kojima, lightweights Kotetsu Boku and Arnaud Lepont, and featherweights Harris Sarmiento and Herbert Burns will clash at the event.

ONE FC 14 takes place from Stadium Negara in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and is headlined by an inaugural welterweight title bout between Brock Larson and Nobutatsu Suzuki.

Bellator 115 Gets Heavyweight Title Tilt

Bellator heavyweight champion Vitaly Minakov will make the first defense of his title on April 4 against UFC veteran Cheick Kongo.

Minakov captured the belt in November with a win over countryman Alexander Volkov. Kongo earned a title shot by winning the season nine tournament.

Bellator 115 takes place from the Reno Events Center in Reno, Nev. The main card will air live on Spike TV.
