UFC announces upcoming fight bookings There have been several fights added to upcoming UFC cards today that have been announced by the promotion. There have been two bouts added to the upcoming card that will take place in Cincinnati, as Manny Gamburyan will take on Nik Lentz in a featherweight affair, while middleweights Ed Herman will battle Rafael Natal. Additionally, George Roop will take on Dustin Kimura in bantamweight action at the TUF Nations finale. The fight is expected to take place in the preliminary portion of the card. At UFC 172, there will be a lightweight clash between Danny Castillo and Issac Vallie-Flagg. Additionally, a fight has been booked between Sean Soriano and Estevan Payan in a featherweight contest at UFC on Fox 11. UFC on Fox 11 is set to happen on April 19 from Orlando, Fla., while UFC 172 takes place on April 26 in Baltimore. Source: UFC Seery departs CWFC for UFC With an injury to Ian McCall, his fight against Brad Pickett that was to take place in March was put in jeopardy. The UFC has gone out and found a replacement, however, as Neil Seery has been acquired by the promotion to take on “One Punch.” The Irish fighter holds a professional record 13-9, and held the Cage Warriors Fighting Championship flyweight title prior to vacating it to fight inside the Octagon. The two will fight at UFC Fight Night 38 on March 8 in London, England. The promotions middleweight, bantamweight, and lightweight titles will be fought for on the top three bouts.
