UFC Booking Roundup

Five different fights were added to three upcoming cards for the UFC.

Lightweights Ernest Chavez and Elias Silverio will lock horns at UFC Fight Night 42, which also takes place on May 31 but will air later in the day due to the time difference between Germany and Brazil, which is where this fight will take place.  Additionally, a featherweight bout between Edimilson Souza and Mark Eddiva has been added to the card as well.

Two bantamweight bouts have been added to UFC 174, as Roland Delorme will battle Michinori Tanaka and Yves Jabouin takes on Mike Easton. UFC 174 is set to take place in Vancouver, Canada on June 14.

Two WSOF 9 fights cancelled by NSAC

Due to the high volume of fights that are taking place this upcoming Saturday night in the state of Nevada, the Nevada State Athletic Commission has cancelled two of the bouts for Saturday’s World Series of Fighting 9 card.

Lightweights Tanner Cowan and A.J. Williams were set to battle, along with bantamweights Jimmy Jones and Rudy Morales.  Due to the lost fights, the card will proceed with 11 fights, rather than the originally scheduled 13.

Fortunately for the fighters who will no longer be competing, they will receive their show money and have been told that they will fight in an upcoming WSOF card.

WSOF 9 will take place in Las Vegas this Saturday night.
