On Friday, June 20, Legacy Fighting Championship visited the Horseshoe Bossier City Hotel in Bossier City, La., for its 32nd event. The main card aired live on AXS TV.

In the night’s main event, the promotion’s crowned a new bantamweight champion as a pair of unbeaten Brazilians locked horns. Twenty-two-year-old Thomas Almeida put his 16-0 record on the line against countryman Caio Machado. Almeida had stopped 12 of his wins via strikes, including 10 inside the first round. In his two previous appearances inside the Legacy cage, he stopped George Pacurariu and Cody Williams. Machado, although less experienced at just 4-0, had also found success in the Legacy cage. He bested Domingo Pilarte at Legacy 27 in January.

Also on the card, former UFC lightweight Kyle Bradley made his promotional debut against Bellator veteran Derrick Krantz. Bradley had gone 4-2 since his release from the big show in early 2010. Krantz looked to right the ship after back-to-back losses.

The 10-fight event kicked off with four, un-aired preliminary card bouts, including two amateur contests. The night’s six-fight main card aired live on AXS TV beginning at 10 p.m. ET.
