LOS ANGELES – Aug. 22, 2014 – Two champions were crowned Firday night at AXS TV FIGHTS: RESURRECTION FIGHTING ALLIANCE 17 as Christos Giagos knocked out Dakota Cochrane to claim the inaugural RFA lightweight title and Justin Lawrence defeated Mark Dickman for the vacant RFA featherweight title. Tonight’s fights took place at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and was the first legally sanctioned MMA event in the state.
