With RFA and TITAN FC both holding events on Friday August 22, 2014, and the UFC holding two events, UFC Fight Night 48 and UFC Fight Night 49 on Saturday August 30, 2014, you might not think that you have much to look forward to this week in MMA. If that is your line of thinking, you are wrong because there is plenty of MMA ahead for even the most fanatic. There are three events that you should be focused on for this week.

ONE FC 19: Reign of Champions

On August 29, 2014, ONE FC presents ONE FC 19: Reign of Champions. ONE FC 19 takes place at the Dubai World Trade Centre in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and will be aired live via on-line pay per view. On August 30, 2014, the UFC will host UFC 177: Dillashaw vs Barao 2. UFC 177: Dillashaw vs. Barao 2 takes place live from the Sleep Train Arena in Sacramento, California and will air live on UFC Fight Pass at 7:30 PM Eastern time, Fox Sports 1 at 8:00 PM Eastern time and pay per view at 10:00 PM Eastern time. The main card will feature TJ Dillashaw’s first title defense as he faces the man he took the title from.
