On Friday, October 3, Bellator MMA will be holding their 127th event from the Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, CA.

Headlining the event will be featherweight feature fight between Daniel Straus (22-5) and Justin Wilcox (14-6). Straus has won six out of his last 7 fights, with his only loss coming from former Bellator featherweight champion Pat Curran at Bellator 112. Wilcox has gone 3-1 in his Bellator career, with his only loss coming via TKO by the reigning Bellator featherweight champion Patricio “Pitbull” Freire.

Co-headlining the event will be a clash of welterweight journeymen when Karo Parisyan (24-10) takes on Fernando Gonzalez (21-12). Parisyan was last seen in the Bellator cage this past July when he scored a first-round TKO victory over fellow journeyman Phil Baroni. Gonzalez made a successful promotional debut when he defeated Karl Amoussou via unanimous decision at Bellator 122.

Also on the card, former The Ultimate Fighter champion Kendall Grove (19-14) will square off against former Bellator light heavyweight champion Christian M’Pumbu (18-6). Grove has gone 1-1 in Bellator and has gone 2-4 in his last six fights. M’Pumbu has lost his last three fights since winning the Bellator light heavyweight title, most recently losing via knockout against former UFC light heavyweight champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson.

Rounding out the Spike TV main card will be a bantamweight feature fight when Rafael Silva (21-4) takes on Rob Emerson (16-10).

The preliminary bouts—which can be viewed on Spike.TV—will be headlined by a light heavyweight feature between Rameau Sokoudjou (15-12) and Malik Merad (19-11). The main card begins at 9 PM EST.
