But on Tuesday night, Bellator MMA announced “The Axe Murderer” has been pulled from his upcoming appearance at the Bellator 131 pre-fight festivities due to his contract obligations with the UFC. Bellator 131 takes place on Saturday, November 15th from Valley View Casino Center. The night will feature one of the biggest grudge matches in the sport as Ortiz looks to settle the score with Bonnar in the light heavyweight main event. A lightweight title fight between Michael Chandler and Will Brooks will serve as the co-main event.
