On Saturday, November 15th Bellator MMA held Bellator 131: Tito vs. Bonnar from the Valley View Casino Center in San Diego, California.

In the main event of the evening, legendary light heavyweights Tito Ortiz squared off against bitter rival Stephan Bonnar. In the night’s co-main event, a new undisputed lightweight champion was crowned as Will Brooks and Michael Chandler faced off for the second time. Earlier in the year Brooks shocked the world when he stepped in on short notice and defeated Chandler to become the interim lightweight champion after former champ Eddie Alvarez was forced out the bout with a concussion.

The main card also featured more well known names for Bellator fans as ‘King Mo’ Muhammed Laval faces Joe Vedepo, Melvin Manhoef faces Joe Schilling, and Mike Richman faces Nam Phan.
