Jessica Eye and Leslie Smith’s clash ends short after Leslie’s ear takes massive damage during UFC 180.

Eye opened up the fight peppering Smith with combinations, show the speed advantage was definitely in her corner. While Smith stood toe-to-toe with Eye and landed some shots here and there, she could not connect with anything substantial. Smith began to bleed badly around her left ear as Eye continued to land combinations at will.

The ear looked as if it was essentially falling off in the second round, forcing Herb Dean calls the doctor to come look at it. The doctor saw that the ear is literally split open on Smith’s head and almost immediately called an end to the fight. Eye wins by doctor stoppage.
