On Friday, December 19, 2014, Titan Fighting Championship heads out to the east coast for their 32nd event and final event of the year. The fights are being held at the Tsongas Center in Lowell, MA and are headlined by Steven Siler and Desmond Green, who will compete for the vacant featherweight championship. The co-main event is a great fight between Rick Hawn and Carlo Prater. The main card kicks off at 9 p.m. EST on CBS Sports Network.

The main event is a featherweight title fight between Steven Siler and Desmond Green. A familiar story line in MMA, you have the UFC veteran in Steven Siler facing the up and coming Desmond Green. The men aren’t far apart in age, but the experience gap and directions of their career tell a different story. Green has put together a solid sixteen victories and three loss professional record since 2012 and is looking to add another UFC vet to his win column. Siler has a lot more experience and has faced much tougher opponents during his tenure at the UFC.

The co-main event is a lightweight match up between former Bellator MMA standout Rick Hawn and all around mixed martial arts legend Carlo Prater. Both men are coming off of losses and are in desperate need of a win. Hawn is on a two-fight losing streak and Prater has lost four of his last five outings. It’s imperative for both men to get their hand raised, but only one will. You don’t want to miss this fight.
