On Monday afternoon, the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation announced it has joined forces with Las Vegas based Tuff-N-Uff promotion for the second straight year to host the 2015 IMMAF Championships of Amateur MMA at this years UFC International Fight Week, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Competition dates have today been confirmed as running from Monday 6 July – Saturday 11 July.

Last year’s inaugural IMMAF Championships of Amateur MMA, which took place during UFC International Fight Week 2014, was an incredibly successful first event. Both Tuff-N-Uff and the IMMAF expect this year’s to be even bigger and better.

“Tuff-N-Uff has long prided itself on searching the globe for the best Amateur MMA athletes from around the world, routinely giving these athletes a platform to showcase their skills in front of thousands of fans,” stated Tuff-N-Uff Promoter, Jeff Meyer. “Now working again hand-in-hand with the IMMAF, Tuff-N-Uff is proud to continue that long tradition of helping to discover the future stars of MMA.”

“Tuff-N-Uff’s vision and commitment to Amateur MMA makes them a strong partner for IMMAF,” stated IMMAF Championships Director Nyra Phillips. “The 20-plus years that the Meyer family has dedicated to the sport is commendable and it’s an honour to work with them again this year.”

The venues for the 2015 World Championships are yet to be announced.
