UFC 190 is a card that is stacked with great fights.

The main event of the evening is for the bantamweight title in which Ronda Rousey will look to defend her belt once again, but this time against Bethe Correia.

Rousey is easily the best women’s fighter in the world and she is looking to show once again that no other woman is a match for her inside the cage. If Rousey can dominate Correia like she has her last two opponents, she will show that she will remain atop of the division for a very long time.

The challenger, Correia, who is undefeated at 9-0, and will be looking to be the first person to show that Rousey is actually human. She is known for her striking and will be looking to out strike Rousey and show that she is the best women’s fighter in the world.

The bantamweight title fight between Rousey and Correia headlines the card, but there is so much more to the card than the title fight.

The co-main event of the evening is the former light heavyweight champion Mauricio “Shogun” Rua vs. Antonio Rogerio Nogueira. Rua is currently ranked number eight in the division and Nogueira is eleventh. This is a fight in which one of the fighters is going to cement themselves as a top ten light heavyweight and look for their next fight to be against a contender.

Another great fight on the card is the main event of the Fox Sports 1 prelims. The fight is a top welterweight battle between #6 Demian Maia and #13 Neil Magny. Both fighters bring it inside the octagon and will be looking to show that they are legitimate contenders in the division.

Other notable fights on the card:

  • #15 Stefan Struve vs. Minotauro Nogueira
  • #12 Antonio Silva vs. Soa Palelei
  • #1 Claudia Gadelha vs. #15 Jessica Aguilar
  • #10 Rafael Cavalcante vs. #14 Patrick Cummins
  • #13 Iuri Alcantara vs. Leanardo Issa

With a card that is stacked with great fights, it is hard to see who will steal the show, but two fighters in particular seem to be the ones that will steal the show at UFC 190.

Ronda Rousey:

I can’t remember the last time Rousey won a fight and everyone wasn’t talking about her victory for weeks after. Her last two victories in particular have been so dominant that you have to keep talking about it. Look for Rousey to once again dominate on Saturday and steal the show at UFC 190.

Neil Magny:

#13 Neil Magny has been on a tear in the UFC and his last two fights have been a testament to that. He has earned back-to-back performance of the night bonuses and on Saturday night, he could earn another. I predict that he will impress everyone against Maia and dominate the fight. Neil Magny will show that he is a top ten welterweight and deserves to be in the contender talk when he steals the show at UFC 190.
