UFC Fight Night 73 has some pretty good fights on the card is headlined by a top light heavyweight fight. The fight is one that has two “knockout” artists, as the UFC would say, going to war with a top five spot in the division up for the taking.

The fight is between #4 Glover Teixeira and #6 Ovince Saint Preux.

Whoever wins the fight will surely have their named being thrown around for title contention, and in my opinion, be one fight away from a title shot.

Teixeira is coming off of a two-fight losing streak, with losses to Jon Jones and Phil Davis, and will be looking to get back on track against Saint Preux. Teixeira lost in a title fight to Jon Jones, so he is no stranger to big fights.

Saint Preux is looking to win the biggest fight of his career and find his name in the top five of the light heavyweight division. Saint Preux is a former Tennessee Volunteer that will be fighting in Nashville, which will make it almost like a home football game for him. He will have a lot of pressure, but we will find out if he is a legitimate title contender in the division.

Other notable fights on the card:

#5 Michael Johnson vs. #12 Beneil Dariush

#4 Sarah McMann vs. #7 Amanda Nunes

#11 Dustin Ortiz vs. Willie Gates

#14 Frankie Saenz vs. Sirwan Kakai

Derek Brunson vs. Sam Alvey

With all of these good fights on the card someone is bound to steal the show.

Here are my predictions for who will steal the show at UFC Fight Night 73.

Ovince Saint Preux

In the main event of the evening, someone is bound to do something we will talk about for a little while. It is a fight in which both fighters have knockout power and one of the fighters has been a top light heavyweight for some time now. Teixeira is one of the best light heavyweights in the UFC for sure, but with no disrespect to him, I just think Saturday night will be Saint Preux’s night. I predicted before that Saint Preux would end the fight by knockout in the very first round and I am sticking by that prediction. The time is now for Saint Preux and I expect him to make the most of that. Saint Preux will steal the show at UFC Fight Night 73 with his knockout performance over Teixeira

Sam Alvey

This will be the night that the knockout steals the show, too. I foresee Alvey stealing the hearts of those in attendance with a vicious knockout over Brunson. Alvey has won his last three fights in the very first round by TKO/KO and I think that he will do it for the fourth time in a row on Saturday and steal the show.
