Don’t call Jon Anik a liar.

On Thursday afternoon, Anik took to his Instagram to show off his brand new “209” tattoo, which he had emblazoned on his body for the rest of time.

Anik had previously declared he would get the Stockton area code tattooed onto his body if Nate Diaz, a Stockton native, came out victorious over Conor McGregor at UFC 196 this past Saturday.

Diaz would go on to earn a thrilling second round submission win over the brash talking Irishman.

Almost immediately after the referee pulled Diaz off McGregor, the FOX commentator took to Twitter to reveal he planned to make good on his promise.

It doesn’t hurt that Diaz took to the mic at the UFC 196 post-fight press conference and called out Anik for his past comment.

“Jon Anik better get a motherf*cking ‘209’ tatto or I’m going to whoop his little a*s,” said Diaz before literally dropping the mic.
