UFC officials broke the news Friday morning. The entire card will stream live on UFC Fight Pass, making this the first time a men’s title fight will be featured on the online platform. Dos Anjos (23-7)is coming off a blistering 66-second TKO over Donald Cerrone at UFC on FOX 17 in December. The Brazilian was scheduled to put his belt on he line against reigning featherweight champion Conor McGregor at UFC 196 before a broke foot forced him out of the superfight Prior to defeating Cerrrone, fans saw Dos Anjos crowned the lightweight champion with following his 25-minute dismantling of former champion Anthony Pettis at UFC 185. Alvarez (27-4) was last seen earning a decision win over Pettis at UFC Fight Night 81 in January. Prior to this win, the Philadelphia native scored his first UFC victory with a split decision over former Strikeforce champ Gilbert Meldnez at UFC 188. The event, which takes place just two days before UFC 200 , will kick off a three-day stretch of UFC events in Las Vegas, including The Ultimate Fighter 23 Finale and finally UFC 200.
