Penn José Youngs May 10, 2016 News, Spotlight, UFC An injury has forced UFC featherweight Dennis Siver out of his scheduled UFC 199 bout against UFC Hall of Famer B.J. Penn. BJPenn.com was the first to report the news. Siver (22-11) was looking to get back into win the win column after dropping a decision to Tatsuya Kawajiri in June 2015. Prior to this setback, the German based fighter suffered a second round TKO to reigning featherweight champion Conor McGregor in their main event matchup in January 2015. There is currently no word on who will replace Siver against Penn. UFC 199 will be headlined by two title fights, with middleweight champion Luke Rockhold taking on Chris Weidman in the main event and bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz facing rival Urijah Faber in the co-main event. The entire event goes down June 4 at The Forum in Los Angeles.
