UFC adds fights to multiple cards

When the UFC rolls back into the Pacific Northwest, there is a likely hood that the final Strikeforce welterweight champion will be on the card, taking on Robbie Lawler in a welterweight contest.  Tarec Saffiedine will make his UFC debut after defeating Nate Marquardt by unanimous decision, while Lawler will be coming off of a victory against Josh Koscheck at UFC 157.

Additionally, Danny Castillo will lock horns with Bobby Green on the Seattle card.  “Last Call” is coming off of a victory over Paul Sass in his last bout, while Green has won five straight fights, including his most recent victory over Jacob Volkmann.

While the UFC on Fox 8 card gets two fights with this news, UFC 162 adds a heavyweight fight to its card when Shane Del Rosario meets Dave Herman.

UFC 162 is scheduled for July 6 in Las Vegas, while UFC on Fox 8 is set to take place in Seattle on July 27.
