All-women’s MMA promotion Invicta Fighting Championships will return to action on Dec. 7 to host its seventh event. The promotion will once again visit the Ameristar Casino Hotel Kansas City in Kansas City, Mo., which has hosted the promotion’s last two events.

The event will feature three title bouts in the promotion’s flyweight, strawweight and bantamweight divisions.

In the night’s top-billing, current 125-pound champion Barb Honcak will defend her belt against hard-hitting Leslie Smith.

At strawweight, champion Carla Esparza will look to keep her 115-pound strap when she takes on undefeated Brazilian Claudia Gadelha.

Rounding out the title affairs, the promotion will crown its inaugural bantamweight champion as undefeated Lauren Murphy (formerly Taylor) faces off with world Muay Thai champ Miriam Nakamoto.

In addition to the title bouts, the promotion has revealed six additional bouts for the December card. Notables include newly-signed Felice Herrig, former Bellator champion Zoila Frausto Gurgel and Ultimate Fighter 18 combatant Tonya Evinger. See below for the full fight card.

Tickets to the Dec. 7 event will go on sale on Friday, Oct. 18 on, starting at just $35. Full broadcast plans for the event will be revealed in the coming weeks, but Invicta President Shannon Knapp has stated that the event will be available on both internet and televised pay-per-view.
