An MRI confirmed the injury on Friday, and Teixeira will need to undergo surgery to repair the labrum. Teixeira will decide when he will go through with the surgery, but as of right now, a timetable could not be estimated for a potential return to action. The New Jersey State Athletic Control Board late Friday released the Bellator 118 medical suspensions to the public. Warren’s opponent, Rafael Silva also escaped without any serious injuries. The released suspensions are as follows: Rafael Silva was suspended 30 days for a recovery period. Justin Baesman was suspended 60 days for a knockout loss. He was also suspended indefinitely pending a neurological exam Dante Rivera was suspended 30 days for a nasal bridge laceration. Eugene Fadiora was suspended 30 days with no contact for a recovery period. Kevin Roddy was suspended 60 days for a facial laceration.
