For all of our loyal readers, you will have noticed The MMA Corner has been making a massive shift to bring you the best multimedia content of any mixed martial arts site out there. We have already been bringing you post-fight highlight videos, weigh-in videos, live prediction and post-event shows, 1-on-1 video interviews, and live video game streaming.

With everything listed above, you can see we bring you the best video content. However, we have been lacking podcast content. Until now.

We would like to introduce you to The MMA Corner Radio. Each week, we will be talking live with some of the biggest names and fighters in mixed martial arts.

On this first edition: Maximum Fighting Championship owner and president Mark Pavelich and MFC light heavyweight Victor Valimaki.

For those of you who have never had the pleasure of listening to a Mark Pavelich interview, you are in for a treat. Pavelich does not shy away from any subject and is not afraid to say how he really feels about anything. The main man behind the MFC created the “Pavelich Grind,” which he will be more than willing to share with anyone. Pavelich is arguably the hardest working man in MMA, period.

Victor Valimaki is set to take on Jeremy Osheim at MFC 41 on October 3, 2014 at the Shaw Conference Centre, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Valimaki will be entering this bout with a professional record of 18-8 and is currently riding a two-fight win streak. His last victory came via first-round submission over Bill Widler at MFC 40.

Osheim, who is sporting a perfect 5-0 record, will be making his promotional debut.
