Bellator 128: Dantas vs. Warren Official Weigh-In Video and Results Trey Downey October 9, 2014 Bellator, Events, News, Spotlight, Video On Friday, October 10th Bellator will host Bellator 128: Dantas vs. Warren from the Winstar World Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma. In the night’s main event two champions will face off to determine who the true bantamweight kingpin is. Bantamweight champion, Eduardo Dantas, defends his title against interim champion, Joe Warren. This fight was initially supposed to take place in May, but when an injury forced Dantas off the card Warren and Raphael Silva faced off to crown an interim champion. Warren won that bout by unanimous decision and now he is in search of a Bellator title in a second weight division. Warren was the Bellator featherweight champion, but was brutally defeated by Pat Curran to lose that title. After that and another subsequent loss many were calling for Warren’s retirement, but he has since rattled off four straight victories. Dantas will be looking to make the third successful defense of his title. He has consecutively finished Marcos Galvao and Anthony Leone and his only recent loss came outside of Bellator against Tyson Nam. Also getting a featured spot on the main card will be the flashy Michael “Venom” Page. The main card airs on Spike TV Friday night at 9 pm E.T. with the prelims airing just prior on Spike.com Above is video of the official weigh-in. (Video is courtesy of Bellator.)
