On Monday, Bellator announced former UFC and Pride FC legend Wanderlei Silva has joined UFC Hall of Famers Royce Gracie, Tito Ortiz, Ken Shamrock, Randy Couture and Stephan Bonnar on the growing list of MMA veterans that have made the their way to the California-based fight promotion.

Silva, who is currently serving an indefinite suspension handed to him by the Nevada State Athletic Commission for running away from a random test in May, recently announced his retirement from MMA in a rather bizarre video, while calling out the UFC for its treatment of their current roster of fighters.

But for now, fans of the ‘The Axe Murderer’ can find him at San Diego’s Dave & Buster’s on Friday, November 14, where he will be joined by Gracie Couture and Frank Shamrock at a meet-and-greet immediately following the Bellator 131 weigh-ins.

“After we saw just an overwhelming response to our Bellator Fan Fest a few weeks ago, we wanted to once again give our fans a chance to be a part of something special and give everyone the opportunity to spend time with a group of fighters that built the sport we all love,” stated Bellator President Scott Coker in a press release. “We have events taking place all week around the San Diego area as we prepare for the biggest night of fights in company history, and we want everyone to be a part of it.”

Bellator 131 takes place on Saturday, November 15th from Valley View Casino Center. The night will feature one of the biggest grudge matches in the sport as Ortiz looks to settle the score with Bonnar in the light heavyweight main event. A lightweight title fight between Michael Chandler and Will Brooks will serve as the co-main event.

Tickets for the event are on sale now and can be purchased on Bellator.com, AXS.com, as well as the Valley View Casino Center.
