The already stacked UFC 187 card continues to grow.

On Thrusday afternoon the UFC announced the addition of middleweight matchup between Uriah Hall and Rafael Natal has officially been added to the May event.

Hall (10-4) will be looking to make it four straight inside the Octagon. In his most recent outing fans saw him first round TKO victory over Ron Stallings at UFC Fight Night 59 in January. He was scheduled to rematch Costas Philippou on the card before an injury forced Phillippou out of the bout, forcing Stallings to step in a extremely short notice. Prior to this win,  the man known as ‘Primetime’ earned a unanimous decision over Thiago Santos at UFC 175 and first round knockout of Chris Leben at FC 162.  He will enter this bout with eight career stoppage wins, including 6 by way of knockout, and a UFC record of 3-2

Natal (19-6-1) will be looking to be pick up his third straight win, with his most recent being unanimous decision over Tom Watson at UFC 183 in January. Prior to this win ‘Sapo’ earned a controversial split decision over Chris Camozzi at UFC Fight Night, snapping his two fight losing skid in the process. He will enter this bout with 11 career stoppage wins, including eight by way of submission, and a UFC record of 7-4-1.

UFC 187 is currently scheduled to take place on May 23 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. A light heavyweight title fight between pound-for-pound king and the hard hitting Anthony Johnson will serve as the headlining act of the card with a middleweight title fight between Chris Weidman and Vitor Belfort taking place in the co-main event.
